SOLD OUT for the 2026 Frontline Face-Off Tournament, Colorado's premier charity adult hockey tournament. Open to first responder and non-first responder adult B/C/High D teams. Every registration helps support first responders and their families.

This registration secures one (1) team entry into the tournament.

Team Eligibility

• Teams do not need to be first responders or have any first responders on the team.

• There is no minimum or maximum amount of players needed for a team to register. (Free agents are available if you need them)

• The intent of this tournament is competitive balance and community, not elite dominance

Roster composition will be reviewed.
The Foundation reserves the right to adjust divisions or request roster changes if competitive balance is compromised.

Registration Process

1. Purchase this Team Registration

2. Complete the Team Registration Form in full

3. Submit roster details by the posted deadline (July 22, 2026)

Your registration is not complete until both payment and the registration form are submitted.

Free Agents

Teams may request free agent players provided by the foundation if needed.
Approval is handled case by case and must align with tournament fairness guidelines.

Registration & Cancellation Policy

• Team registration fees are non-refundable

• Registrations cannot be canceled, transferred, or credited once payment is submitted

• Refunds will only be issued if the tournament is canceled by the Frontline Face-Off Foundation

• Failure to attend, roster changes, scheduling conflicts, or disqualification do not qualify for a refund

• Merchandise and registrations are not tax-deductible
