Register your team for the 2026 Frontline Face-Off Tournament, a charitable hockey tournament supporting first responders through competition, community, and service.
This registration secures one (1) team entry into the tournament.
Entry for one full team
Guaranteed participation in 4 games and possibly a Championship Game (Subject to number of registered teams)
Game scheduling and rink time
On-site tournament coordination and support
Eligibility for tournament awards and recognition
Teams do not need to be 100% first responders
Mixed rosters are allowed to help teams reach full capacity
The intent of this tournament is competitive balance and community, not elite dominance
Roster composition will be reviewed.
The Foundation reserves the right to adjust divisions or request roster changes if competitive balance is compromised.

Submit roster details by the posted deadline (details provided via email)
Your registration is not complete until both payment and the registration form are submitted.
Teams may request substitute players provided by the foundation if needed.
Approval is handled case by case and must align with tournament fairness guidelines.
Team registration fees are non-refundable
Registrations cannot be canceled, transferred, or credited once payment is submitted
Refunds will only be issued if the tournament is canceled by the Frontline Face-Off Foundation
Failure to attend, roster changes, scheduling conflicts, or disqualification do not qualify for a refund
Merchandise and registrations are not tax-deductible
Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event the tournament is canceled by the Foundation

Tournament schedule, format, and divisions are subject to change based on total registrations
